Tomorrowland runs two weekends in July at De Schorre in Boom, half an hour from Antwerp. It is the standard. Everything else in electronic music, the Thailand edition included, is measured against what happens on that main stage. Reaching it from India is a ballot and a visa, in that order.
The ticket is a ballot
You pre-register, receive a purchase window, and queue when it opens. There is no general sale to walk into and the allocation clears in minutes. Global Journey packages, which carry travel and accommodation, sit in a separate allocation and are usually the more realistic route from outside Europe. Register the day registration opens, which is months before the sale.
The Schengen visa
Belgium sits in the Schengen area, so an Indian passport requires a Schengen visa. Far simpler than the United States, though it still wants an appointment, proof of accommodation, return flights and the ticket. Apply as early as the centre allows. Summer is the peak Schengen season out of India and slots tighten quickly.
DreamVille, or a hotel
DreamVille is the camping town beside the site and it is genuinely half of it, because the place does not empty at night, it continues. It is also four days in a field. Antwerp and Brussels hold proper hotels thirty to sixty minutes away by train, and choosing them means standing outside the part people describe afterwards.
The cost
A Full Madness pass runs 30,000 to 55,000 rupees, higher with DreamVille. Flights to Brussels are the largest line, and rooms near Boom price up across both weekends. Counted properly it lands near 2,75,000 rupees a person.

What is the weather like at Tomorrowland in July?
Belgian July is mild and unreliable: days around 22 to 25 degrees, nights dropping to 13 or 14, and rain possible on any of them. It is the opposite problem to an Asian festival - people pack for heat and end up cold at 2am. A jacket and a rain layer are not optional.
What should you wear to Tomorrowland?
Trainers or boots, never sandals: the site is grass and it turns to mud the moment it rains. Layers, because the temperature swing between afternoon and 3am is large. Bag size is restricted at the gates and there is no re-entry once inside for the day.
How do you get to Boom from Brussels?
Boom sits between Brussels and Antwerp, roughly 40 minutes from either by road. Tomorrowland runs its own shuttle network from Brussels airport, Antwerp and Brussels city across the festival days, which is far simpler than driving, since parking around the site is heavily restricted.
